Susan Mayes Events is a full service boutique event company that provides wedding and event design as well as planning to create one-of-a-kind celebrations. Susan’s expertise and passion is to design events that translate all that anyone can imagine. Over the years, she has been entertaining and creating memorable celebrations ranging from small intimate parties to large social events for hundreds of guests.
Susan has an undergraduate degree in Russian Language and Literature. In 2012, she earned a double certification as a Wedding Planner and a Preston Bailey Wedding and Event Designer from Wagner College in partnership with Lovegevity Wedding Planning Institute.

I chose to follow my dream, so that clients can experience an extraordinary, timeless, memorable wedding or event, especially those who are gluten free.”
Susan is a registered wedding planner of the American Bridal Consultant Association. She has completed the NFCA GREAT Kitchens program to further enhance her knowledge of maintaining a gluten free professional kitchen. She has been gluten free for almost 20 years and is a member of the Celiac Sprue Association (CSA) as well as Seashore Celiacs in Brick, New Jersey.
